Lorden Commons Sewer Company ("Lorden") is a privately owned sewer company regulated by the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission (NHPUC) that collects and delivers your sewage to the town of Londonderry.  With the completion of Phase 1, Lorden will provide sewer service to fifty households. Additional Phases are expected to add eighty two households to this service area in northeastern Londonderry. The franchise provides sewer service to a residential subdivision known as Lorden Commons.

Our sewer system consists of one pump station, the sewer mains that connect your sewer service line to the pump station, and the sewer mains that connect our sewer system to Londonderry's sewer system. Your sewer service line connects to Lorden's sewer main allowing sewage to flow to the pump station. The pump station then collects and pumps the sewage to Londonderry's facility. Our entire sewer system is unmanned and operates itself. Lorden inspects and maintains the pump station regularly.

Information regarding our operations can be found here.

Our Story

In 2011, the Lorden Commons developer established Lorden Commons Sewer Company and built the sewer system to serve Lorden Commons. Soon, they built a pump station and connected the new system to Londonderry's sewer system.

In 2014, Lorden Commons hired Scherbon Consolidated, Inc. to inspect and maintain the pump station and Stephen P. St. Cyr & Associates to manage and provide administration services including billing, bookkeeping, accounting, etc.

Together, we work hard to ensure timely and proper care for the infrastructure and to efficiently and discreetly remove sewage from your homes.
